The institute has stationed a placement cell for conducting the inimitable placement process, striving for a best fit between the students and the companies and help both these stakeholders make informed choices.

Abhyuday University aims to provide suitable career and training to all students according to their interests and competence. The training and placement office helps to connect students with their potential employers through Job placement sessions thus acting as a mediating office for both employers and graduates. Placement Policy Placement Policy

The Training and Placement department at Abhyuday University has a very straightforward placement policy. The primary purpose of the below mentioned policies and regulations is to devise a clear cut structure and process in which the training and placement department will function. This policy will also lay down the process through which students will be routed through the placement department by clearly construing their roles and responsibilities. The placement policies at Renaissance University are as follows:

The Training and Placement cell at Renaissance University will comprise of a Training and Placement Officer along with a team of TPO’s who will undertake the responsibility of assuring on-campus placement.
Placement department will strive to bring together students and recruiters and facilitate the necessary coordination between them.
It is also the responsibility of the placement department to provide maximum internship opportunities to the students of Renaissance University within India and abroad.
Any student can participate in the placement process of any company subject to the following two conditions:

A stipulated time period will be pre-decided by the Placement department, according to which students have to inform the Placement Office regarding his/her decision on the offer. If he/she fails to do so, it shall be assumed that the offer has been rejected by him/her.
It is for the Placement department to undertake and maintain the quality standards of the jobs offered.
All students will be selected and assessed by the processes followed by the placement department and their decision will be considered final.
The training and placement department will correspond with organizations, arrange interviews for students and coordinate various placement activities to achieve maximum output.

As a kid, I believe we all had an urge to fly high in the sky, and as a ten year old I had the same longing for airplanes, I asked my father one hot afternoon, after he finished working on his farm, ‘ will I ever get to sit in the airplane!? ‘ with a humongous smile he answered ‘ of course you will ‘ , not knowing that he had put words in the universe which were going to become a REALITY. A few years had passed by and I had stepped into a new world, a world of dreams and a current I wasn’t exposed to, I was shy and quiet and here I am now, in my office in Dubai, remembering each day as a bliss at Renaissance.. To all those who are looking for colleges to enroll, there is and there will be no place like “Abhyuday University”.

Like any other girl, I was fascinated to just look at my mother draping a cotton saree, paired with a simple yet a sleek blouse, with the most basic accessories and a BINDI, which was her statement. Soon, I started accompanying her for shopping and simultaneously learnt and developed curiosity for fabric, colours and styles. I sure learnt a lot, but I wanted to explore more after my schooling finished. I began looking for Fashion Institutes in Indore, and guess what? I landed exactly where I wanted to be, here at my home “Abhyuday university”. In just a year I am designing and framing outfits . To any striver like me out there looking for a fashion school, come rushing to Abhyuday University.

An artist is not made, but born!! Hi my name is Isha, I am a student of School of Performing Arts at Renaissance University. Ever since I was little girl I would take my mother’s dupatta and wear high heels, stand on top of the dining table , perform dance routines and recite dialogs like a nursery rhyme.. So thorough with the screenplay, entertaining all the relatives. Everyone used to call me “Heroine”, little did they know I wanted to be one, THE ONE! It’s been less than a year at Abhyuday University and I have performed multiple dramas, plays, musicals skits and various stage shows. I can only imagine how wonderful I will be when I conclude this course . I will owe all my achievements to Abhyuday University for life.

A small town boy with comparatively big dreams entered a massive campus as a shy, withdrawn kid, with lots of new faces to meet eye with. Ever since the first day, college life has been a rollercoaster, I am glad I had best colleagues and greater mentors aboard on this ride, soon after my graduation in BCA I was lost, I needed direction which I got from Swapnil Kothari sir and I joined PGDM which had me placed in Dubai, now that I am working here for over a year all I feel is abundance of gratitude for my mentors who had guided me through this journey . My message to the aspirants of a bright future is that, give your DREAMS a CHANCE be a part of Abhyuday University.

” Books don’t teach life ” I second this statement, precisely since I joined Abhyuday , I learnt the true meaning of knowledge, for me, my life turned 360° when I grew under the influential guidance of the “mentors” here at Abhyuday . Truly my life experienced Abhyuday , a rebirth. I thank my stars for leading me to Abhyuday , and the mentors, my gurus for leading me to the stars.

While there are institutions that are fabricating ”corporate machines ” , Abhyuday University is building a foundation for morally secure individuals, instilling students with knowledge, social responsibilities and capabilities par excellence. If you are looking for a complete reformation get yourself a place in Abhyuday .

Watching TV always fascinated me, especially news, I used to look at the news readers with a sparkle in my eye, and would walk around the house with a toy mic in my hand, me asking questions and conspiring dreams, which eventually came true with Abhyuday Journalism program, which is preparing me to be field ready. Aspiring journalists must definitely join Abhyuday University.

I belong to a family of farmers, 1st generation of educated members. When I left my town to come to Indore to study further, my family was very proud.. Hence I decided to take the family legacy forward, and looked for good colleges in the field of agriculture. And then I came across with the establishment that offered me a course, which felt as if it was tailor made for me, a blend of primitive idea and technology! Exactly what I was looking for! This association with Renaissance has fulfilled my career desires.

Even though most top designers in India are men, when I told my family I wanted to be one, it caused ruckus at home, they trusted me but allegory attached to it restricted them to let me follow my passion because “people” felt it was a feminine career choice. Breaking through these societal shackles I came to Abhyuday University with hope in my heart and goals in my mind. It’s not been long but it feels like a lifetime of connection since I was just not taught about Fashion but also about LIFE and it really helped me. My heartfelt thanks to Abhyuday University.

I have a speech impediment, I stutter, hence I was bullied and oppressed as a kid back in my school days, but thankfully this didn’t stop me from DREAMING big, I loved the stage, the lights but I lacked confidence, in fact I didn’t have any. One day I decided to open up to a few close friends of mine, that I wanted to be an actor.. It took a lot of courage, and their laughter shattered me, only one of them comforted me and he had dragged me to visit Abhyuday University. And since then I haven’t left! I perform, I learn, I grow each day, my stutter is so much better than before and I am glowing with confidence. I am forever indebted to Abhyuday University and our exquisite mentors! LOVE YOU Abhyuday !!!
